ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TURKISH AND ENGLISH MEDICAL PROGRAM STUDENTS

In accordance with Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Gazi University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation, "Each student must renew their registration for the relevant semester by completing the course registration procedures within the specified periods in the academic calendar. A student who does not renew their registration within the specified period cannot attend classes and exams in that semester." According to paragraph 5, the student must obtain approval for semester/year course registration from their advisor.

  • In accordance with the regulations, all students must complete their course registrations and approvals for the 2023-2024 SPRING semester between the dates of February 19-26, 2024. (Foreign national students who exceed the normal duration of education (6 years) and are not on scholarship can perform course registration and approval procedures online after paying tuition fees.)
  • 5th and 6th-year students and non-scholarship foreign national students in repeating years will only pay their contribution fees; apart from this, they will not perform any other transactions (course registration or approval). The approval they made in the fall semester is sufficient. However, if they do not pay the contribution fees, their current course registrations will be canceled.
  • Since advisor approval cannot be made without student approval, for this semester,
